Delicate Arch

8 miles of hiking today thru Arches NP. I am just exhausted...but the views were wonderful. Saw Turret Arch, South Arch, North Arch, Cove Arch, and Delicate Arch. No rain today. The snow is on the La Salle mountains.

Dead Horse Point

Wearing new shoes, Kitty hiked to the lookout at Dead Horse Pt in Canyonlands, Utah. The Colorado River flows from the right side of the photo, downstream towards the left. This wonderful viewpoint has been visited numerous times in the past by various Sibold groups, starting in the 1950s. Moab / Arches NP

Kitty is off on a multi-day, mountain bike trip in Canyonlands (Utah). As a warmup, her group took a hike in Arches NP, which destroyed her hiking shoes... This is a formation known as 'Devil's Garden'
